Email tracking

Open Gmail, write a draft, and choose Enable open tracking. For scheduled mail, set the date in the tracker and use Gmail Schedule send for the matching time. Gmail performs the actual delivery.

Opens count remote image requests, not guaranteed reading. Read confirmations count deliberate clicks on an inserted button. Link clicks count visits through inserted tracked links. Clicking ordinary body text is not detectable. Mail clients may cache or block images.

Privacy & transparency

When you enable tracking on a message, SayIT inserts a tiny remote image and sends anonymous tracker identifiers to the SayIT Cloudflare API. Link visits and read-button interactions reach the API as separate events. We retain event timestamps, counters and, for tracked links, destination URLs. We do not transfer your email body, recipient address or subject to the API. Tracking-image requests may include IP address and browser details in transient Cloudflare logs. Use tracking only where lawful and with appropriate notice.

Anonymous installation credentials are saved locally. Clearing extension data may lose access to unlinked tracking history. Connect Google if you want to restore account data elsewhere. Use Unlink Google to disconnect Google from this account. Use Delete account to erase associated server data. Uninstalling alone does not delete server data.
